She pre-arranged private airport transportation for us, exchanged money for us in advance so that we would have pesos (at the blue rate) upon arrival, booked the BEST tango show for us, organized a wonderful Polo day, booked restaurant and hotel reservations for us and so much more.

Joy showed us around Recoleta cemetery and shared the stories of the people of interest buried there such as Eva Peron and the Irish-born admiral William Brown.
La Casa Rosada; the vibrant La Boca and Mercado San Telmo were also visited as part of the itinerary for the day.
She also managed to point out other iconic landmarks as we and their significance to the inhabitants as we passed through the city and I was left with a sense of awe at the beauty and rich culture of the place and people.
I cannot recommend her highly enough and this tour was one of my most memorable experiences of Buenos Aires!!
