You get an independent tour guide who loves and is excited about her job, her city, her country. She will help you organise and navigate Buenos Aires on the subsequent days, she will even check-in on you the days after the tour - to see how things are going for you. Joy will tailor the whole experience to what you like to see or do.

I found quite fascinating - and not very common - how Joy worked like a magnet, attracting people and generating "random" genuine and authentic interactions with locals on the way: from a restaurant owner in San Telmo Market, to a street artist (La Boca)... from an artisan in La Boca to a tourism student in the Astor Piazzola exhibition. Joy has kind and positive words to offer to everyone.

Buenos Aires has so much to offer and I feel I got so much with Joy. It felt like spending the day with a friend and that's how tours should be: an immersive and authentic experience, connected with locals and their reality, the real feel of Buenos Aires.

Joy showed us around Recoleta cemetery and shared the stories of the people of interest buried there such as Eva Peron and the Irish-born admiral William Brown.
La Casa Rosada; the vibrant La Boca and Mercado San Telmo were also visited as part of the itinerary for the day.
She also managed to point out other iconic landmarks as we and their significance to the inhabitants as we passed through the city and I was left with a sense of awe at the beauty and rich culture of the place and people.
I cannot recommend her highly enough and this tour was one of my most memorable experiences of Buenos Aires!!

She pre-arranged private airport transportation for us, exchanged money for us in advance so that we would have pesos (at the blue rate) upon arrival, booked the BEST tango show for us, organized a wonderful Polo day, booked restaurant and hotel reservations for us and so much more.

Joy is organized, professional, knowledgeable, caring and absolutely WONDERFUL. She also cares for your safety and provided common sense tips for travelling about the city (she was our protective Angel).

  I have always enjoyed doing the private tours when I travel abroad...and this was the perfect city to do this. Joy is the utmost professional. Whether your real interest is politics, history, religion, architecture, or culture, Joy knew it all. We booked a day tour. She met us at our hotel and we walked, bused, taxied to all that we wanted to see. Her knowledge was above and beyond what you are expecting. I have a real interest in politics and military history...and she was dead on. We had so much fun, that we ended up having lunch with her and kept going till after dinner. Over our week in BA, she continued to text with us and answer questions, book restaurants, and give advice. It's like having your own concierge!!
